We Changed Our Name to Susquehanna Community Bank!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that as of July 1, 2018, we changed the bank’s name to Susquehanna Community Bank. Our name change is a celebration of our success and growth from our original location in the village of West Milton beginning in 1920 to now six branches that span along the Susquehanna River.

Rest assured Susquehanna Community Bank will remain an independent community bank under the same ownership and management, and your personal bankers will continue to deliver the same exceptional service you’ve come to expect.  Your account numbers will remain the same, and debit cards and checks issued under West Milton State Bank will continue to be honored.

Our growth and expansion could not be possible without our loyal customers, dedicated employees, Board of Directors, and shareholders that have supported our independence since 1920. Thank you to all who celebrated with us during the week of July 2nd – July 7th.

    It’s a celebration of our growth and success.  Our new name, Susquehanna Community Bank, better reflects the communities we serve today.

    No, we are as committed as ever to remain an independent, community bank. 

    Yes, you will still have the same FDIC coverage.

    The name change does not affect your accounts.  Your account numbers, PINs, routing number and other account information remain the same. 

    Debit cards, credit cards and checks with West Milton State Bank still work.  Debit and credit cards will be reissued with the new name as they expire.  When it’s time to reorder checks, they will be ordered with the new name.

    Yes, once available, you will be prompted to update your current app to reflect our new name, Susquehanna Community Bank.  All functions of the mobile banking app will remain the same.

    No, there is no change to your login, password or functionality.  Online banking and bill pay reflect our new name.

    Yes, effective July 1, 2018, our new URL is scb.bank.  We are automatically redirecting our current website to the new one to eliminate confusion and help ease the transition.   If you have it bookmarked as a Favorite, you’ll want to update it.

    Yes, effective July 1, 2018, the email addresses end in @scb.bank, just like our website.  Emails sent to previous addresses will automatically be forwarded to the new email address.
